Our production capacity is 25,000,000 sets of 2" and 3/4" drum plugs/bungs and drum flanges per month and more and more as we have been developing very fast.The drum flanges and plugs can be with different kinds of gaskets and rings (PE ring, BUNA gaskets,EPDM gaskets,double gaskets or poly irradiated for your selection). In March 2009, new equipments were imported for a new project-producing drum closures with EPOXY PHENOLIC coating for food or other purpose like PPG,Dupont and etc.
Our tooling technology and quality of drum closures and lever locks are on the top level. We have three versions A,B and C of drum flanges for your selection. At present, we have been supplying our drum closures to many famous drum manufacturers,and our products have been tested to have no problem.
As the requests of our clients, now we also produce dammy plugs,leak locking plugs,metal cap seals and plastic cap seals, drum clamps (lever locks), bolt ears, pail handles, plastic bungs, tint plugs, plastic flexible spouts and other metal closures and plastic caps.
